Welcome to the Team Registration Portal for the 2025 Pantheon Delta Sevens Youth Cup
Date: March 1, 2025
Location: Maun Stadium, Maun, Botswana
Event Type: Rugby 7s tournament focused on development-age youth.
Divisions:
- Boys Under 18
- Boys Under 16

Team Limit: Only 4 teams per division, ensuring high-quality, competitive play
Purpose: Foster youth rugby development, promote cultural exchange, and enhance rugby skills in a safe, professional environment.

- Entry Fee: 6,000 Pula per team of 12
- Registration Deadline: February 1, 2025
Registration gets you
- Entrance to tournament for 12 players
- Complimentary sponsor pack for each participant
- One lunch voucher for each player and 1 coach per team
To register a team please click the “REGISTER” button, complete the requested registration details, and pay the team registration fee. It is possible to register multiple teams at the same time although a club can only register 1 team per division unless otherwise pre-agreed with the Tournament Director. Cancellations and Refunds
The following outlines the refund policy for teams withdrawing from the Pantheon Delta Sevens Youth Rugby Cup after completing registration:
- Before 1st January 2025: A full refund will be issued, minus a 500 Pula cancellation fee.
- Between 1st January and 14th February 2025: A 50% refund will be provided.
- After 15th February 2025: No refunds will be issued.

Payment of Team Registration Fees
- Entry Fee: 6,000 Pula per team of 12.
- Payment Methods: The registration fee must be paid during the online registration process. Teams opting for alternative payment methods (e.g., bank transfer or digital payment providers) must make arrangements with Pantheon, and complete the payment within 10 working days of registering. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the cancellation of the team’s registration, including any associated arrangements.
Confirmation of Registration
Upon submitting the registration details, teams will receive an email confirmation with:
- Acknowledgment of receipt.
- Further event details and key deadlines.
Please note that team registration remains PROVISIONAL until:
- Full payment of the registration fee has been received.
- All pre-tournament documentation has been submitted.
Registration Deadlines
- Official Closing Date: 1st February 2025.
- Capacity Limits: Each division is capped at four teams, and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is strongly recommended, as divisions may close before the deadline.
Waitlist Policy
Once a division reaches capacity:
- Teams can still register but will be placed on a waitlist (no payment required).
- If space becomes available, waitlisted teams will be contacted in the order they registered and asked to confirm participation by completing payment.
- Tournament organizers may consider expanding a division if sufficient demand exists, subject to overall tournament capacity.
Division Assignments and Adjustments
- Divisions Offered: Boys U18, Boys U16, Girls U18, Girls U16.
- Teams unsure of the appropriate division should contact the tournament organizers before registering.
- In the event of insufficient registrations for a division, age groups may be merged, or divisions adjusted. The Tournament Director retains the right to finalize division assignments and placements.
Team, Coach & Player Eligibility
- Player Eligibility: Players must meet age requirements for their division. Overage exemptions or specific eligibility criteria will be outlined in the registration process.
- Coach & Support Staff Compliance: All team personnel must adhere to Pantheon Rugby Academy’s Code of Conduct, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all participants.
- International Teams: Teams from outside Botswana must provide clearance from their national rugby union at least four weeks before the tournament.
